Very bad and poor service, when you call their landline you hold for more than 5 minutes and no one calls you back. Their WhatsApp line is even worse 😒, no one answers or follows up what is happening with the messages. I had to call Rain back and ask for assistance from them! I would never recommend CCD Couriers, it is the worst courier company I've had an encounter with
