Utterly Tasteless

<p>I was called by CCD Couriers on the 2nd of March 2017, so that they can deliver my credit card. The first load of bull started: Only when I returned their call did they realise that I am in Bloemfontein and not Jo'burg. The agent then confirmed that my card will be in Bloem on Monday. I went to their offices in Bloemfontein and asked the staff to give me a call once the card has arrived on Monday the 6th. Bloemfontein staff confirmed that the card has not been dispatched and it will be in Bloemfontein on Tuesday and not Monday as said previously. However they will give me a call. Tuesday came and and went, and I was called again on Wednesday regarding which province I am in. Free State of course. Confirmation again the card will be in Bloemfontein on Thursday. Thursday I had to call them and find out the location of the card. Card still in Jo'burg. Spoke to Nico the Branch Manager who confirmed that he will have they card shipped urgently on Friday morning, and that he will give me a call on Friday, after four. Put plans on hold for Friday, still no call from Nick. Called their offices on Monday and spoke to Nico again, this time he wants my precise location for him to deliver the card. Politely declined this request. Useless bunch of Couriers.</p>
