Usrless service and *****

On or around the 20th August 2021 the ccd Couriers was suppose to deliver my bank card at my work place. According to the message I have received my delivery was going to arrive between 8 and 4 pm at my workplace. Around 3 o'clock the delivery was not yet arrived. I then left the office for less than 30 mins and when I arrive I was told that the delivery person was around and could not find me and as a result he left with the parcel. I then immediately called the courier company where I was told that the delivery person did call me and of which it is not true. The person never called me. When I ask them to come back since I am back at the office they refused saying they will reschedule. The service of CCD courier it's useless and poor and cannot recommend anyone to this company.
