Useless Useless Useless

CCD contact me to tell me they have my card to deliver and would deliver on Thurs between 9 and 4.<br> At 8.30 on thurs they called to tell me that they wanted to deliver. Unfortunately i was on my way to an important meeting and i requested that they deliver on friday after 9. On friday 8.15 they were at my office to deliver!!! clearly cannot read a watch or do not understand the concept of AFTER 9. After being cut off 3 times while trying to get a manager to help me i eventually got hold of Grace who apparently is a manger but cannot do anything to assist except tell me that the card will reach some time today. I am now leaving on my holiday without my card. THANK YOU SO MUCH ccd couriers. I do not know why the banks insist on using these people as they are useless. Every manager here at my office has same complaint. I was also promised a delivery of another card today but that has not even featured for delivery.
