Useless service provider

CCD agreed to deliver my card to me between 10am and 12pm, on 12 Apr 2022, got an SMS to say the delivery would be delayed, however i'd be contacted regarding it - NO contact was made, then at 3pm I got a call that the delivery guy had arrived, I was not at the delivery place. Then in the evening I got an sms to say I wasnt available during the agreed to time.

1. I was not contacted to arrange an alternative time, 2. My time doesn't revolve around CCD's schedule, i don't wait around all day for someone to deliver things to me, 3. The reason the card was not delivered is because CCD did not deliver the card during the agreed upon time - NOT ME
