useless service from ccd couriers

Absolute useless company. Made no attempt to sms or arrange delivery of my documents. Sent my documents back to the bank. Cannot trace my documents using their own CCD number, Took me 10 min to get through and cut-off three times untill I found some useless individual who couldnt assist me.
