Useless incompetence
I ordered a card on the 9 th ordered that the card be delivered to the FNB branch because from a previous Bad service from CCD couriers so even if you order a card on the 9th so that it must go to a branch(so that I dont have to deal with CCD) after about 5 phone calls where I made it clear im not taking off work again so they can not deliver the card deliver the card to the bank ( I will rather wait in a bank than have to deal with the lack of service from CCD couriers like all the other 1000 of problems that people have with them I guess its all the customers have a problem with CCD you guys are great at customer service ) Well it is the 16th today if that card does not get delivered to my branch today dont bother dont deliver I will cancell my FNB account if my bank thinks this is service then I will move my business
