Useless imbeciles

Pathetic! I received a call to confirm my card delivery. I advised that a 3rd party will be collecting it. Advisor told me she will call me back and she didn't. I then called my banker to contact them regarding this. The courier arrived at my door and did not want to deliver my card. Instead they said no one was home. I then received a call saying they have to reschedule, I told them I am leaving the country on weekend and I need my card. Advisor said she will escalate it and get back to me. 3 hours later the contact center is closed and I don't have a bank card. Pathetic!
