USELESS FNB CCD COURIERS!!!!
FNB Card Delivery - completely useless. They take down the adress incorrectly - Limpopo province instead of NorthWest Province. So the courier FINALLY has the card to deliver but wrong address.
So we start again....explain the address again to them.... and it's delayed for ANOTHER WEEK!
Requested, TWICE, from them, please deliver the card to the branch then. They're very quick to say that an extra charge will be requested.
Please remember - I have now explained where I live, three times and I have now requested, twice, that the card then be delivered to the branch. And guess what? It'll take another week before it gets to me!
So...for me to get MY card, I have offered to go to their offices and fetch the card. Heaven forbid if that card is not there!
