USELESS!!!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!

I Specifically ask for a call to arrange delivery... NONE was Received. I then Get a SMS that the delivery is a few minutes away THANKS for the HEADS UP!! I am 1 (ONE) minute away from where I need to collect my delivery. I asked for whomever was there to give me a call when it gets there which I received. As I pull into the driveway, the Courier droves off. apparently he was arrogant and refused to wait. I called the CCD Immediately and was informed that the driver would be there after 12:00... at 12:45 I called CCD and they said I have to reschedule!!

I am going to call FNB and Cancel my Contract with them as they deal with useless people... This has now put my business in jeopardy!! I will now lose business as I need that card TODAY!!!!!
