Useless Courrier
Pathetic Service , got a notification delivery will be between 8 and 12 today no worries that`s perfect time comes and goes and still no delivery so i phone them just to get told driver car broke down... OK cool so no attempt was made to contact me regarding this and i am sitting like a idiot waiting for a parcel that is costing me money due to useless courier. this is already delaying everything since you only work every other day.... i want my parcel delivered today don't care how you going to do it

how can you be so useless do you want someone to hold your hand while doing the service you being paid for
is it that hard to honor date and time provided? already know you cant pick up a phone and let clients know sorry cant make it
