Useless Courier service

I made an online order on the Rain site and this CCD Couriers was assigned to deliver my package this was done on the 4th of January 2023, I received an email about a week later from CCD Couriers that they tried to contact me regarding my delivery details confirmation schedule, I did not receive any calls from this courier service, I then tried to call them no answer was hanging on the line like biltong drying, anyway I then emailed the CCD Couriers responding to their email link to schedule my delivery, they did not pitch up on the day or time allocated I sat at home the whole day no call no update or feedback as to why or what happened then I went to the Rain site to send a complaint they just sent me the automated response email with reference that they received my email and then this useless Courier service sends another email thereafter to reschedule my delivery I did so and they still never show up, up to today I STILL NEVER RECIEVE MY PACKAGE!!!!, it is the 26th of January 2023 and still heard nothing from Rain and CCD Couriers about my delivery items, waste of your damn time!
