Useless Courier Service

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Absolute worst courier company out there. They have no respect or worry for their customers whatsoever and honestly have no justifications for their late delivery. Received a sms at 16:45 yesterday saying that the driver was 7 mins away when in actual fact he wasn't even close to me nor was my parcel delivered. My delivery time was scheduled for 10:00 - 12:00 14th June 2023. Received a phone call 07:30 15th June 2023 claiming that there was never a delivery date and time discussed prior to this phone call yet I had to personally phone them once the link I received from them didn't allow me to select a date and time. The call center women carried on with a rude manor and said that they will deliver when its suitable to them next week which is disgusting customer service. WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER.
