Useless courier service

Not sure why banks are using this useless courier service. They called me on Thursday to schedule a Monday delivery between 1-3pm. They sent me a text at 12:15 saying one of the guys is at my address.

Well it is almost 3pm now and I've called the office to check as well because I have a commitment at 15h30. I can't even track my parcel.
