Useless courier
<p>How the hell does reputable companies like disvovery and fnb use such a useless and invompetend company, i have never been this frastratrated and angry i my life. I mean how do you keep me waiting for a card the whole day and don't pitch, the next thing you have the nerve to call me and tell me you will bring my card on friday, no appology whatsoever for making me wait for you the whole day. No wonder you are an unknown brand, useless to the core.</p>

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the non delivery of your card 14-02-2017.
As discussed telephonically; a delivery is now arranged for today.
Required documents for FICA and verification purposes (clear copies of both documents need to be handed over to the courier):
• Your valid green bar-coded ID/smart ID card
• A proof or residence that is in your name, has your physical address on it and not older than three months.
The proof of residence should not be a once off invoice/letter or any document from FNB or Discovery.
