Useless company!!!!

I ordered a replacement card with Capitec bank on the 17th and CCD was suppose to deliver it on the 20th and they never arrived and kept on lying that they tried to reach me until today I have not received my bank card and I'm going to be charged for what I never received!!!!!!!!!!! And my emails to them don't go through!
