Useless CCD couriers

This is the 5th time that this courier service mess up my bank card delivery. I received an sms at 18:38 that I need to be ready to receive my bank card. After I arrange the time, the place with the courier office. The normally cannot find my farm address so I normally requested that they delivery it at my work address in town. I am a teacher, I request that they delivery my bank card between 8 am and 3pm working hours. First they could not find Indwe in the Eastern Cape. The deliver it 4 time to the wrong address. Now they want to deliver it in the middle of the night. They don't phone, they don't even try to be on time. I have been waiting the whole day until 4 at school for delivery, with no result. This is a useless courier, unreliable. I request that FNB use another courier company.
