Useless and *********** CCD Couriers !!!!

This couriers is not even worthy of one star! This is the worst courier service that exist! If you want your parcel, please don’t have it delivered by them. First they forget your parcel where they were supposed to pick it up. Then half an hour before the scheduled delivery they contact you in order to tell you that they forgot it and will be able to deliver it a week later. After I talked to numerous agents and insisting in speaking to a manager, the manager promised that she will have it delivered on Monday.

On Monday morning they call to arrange a delivery time because I apparently refused to have it delivered on the Monday and they will them only be able to deliver it again a week later. Again, asking a manager to call me back with no call. The customer service agents don’t want to help you, and the managers who are supposed to call you back never do.

Please don’t use this company if you want your parcel. They are useless!!!
