Upside down service from CCD Couriers

I was called by CCD Courriers to have my parcel from rain delivered - Firstly was not given headsup that the courrier guy is on his way, next thing he calls and expect me to drop everything I am busy with, because he chose a time btween 10h-00- 12h00 that suites him, I called the company to complaint about the timing I was then told that he will come between 12h00-13h00, at 13h30 I called again and was told the drivers phone is switched off, I send the courier guy a message he didnt respond, I later called him and eventually he arrived and refused to scan my ID card , when I looked at his jersey I then realised why the service is so bad the logo is sowed upside down on his jersey I gave up and let him go.
