Unsecure - Will send stuff to wrong places as they get the address wrong!

Getting my new card delivered through CCD couriers. 1st, i get a call to confirm delivery address, but as i answer they drop the call? Then i call back, confirm my address, only for the person to get it wrong anyway and not even reconfirm it! Costing me another call to them to rectify it! You would think they would be sure to get the right info as this is something that can't be sent to some stranger! Utterly frustrated and disgusted at this!
