Unsatisfactory service from ccd couriers

I am completely disgruntled by the service I received from your company. I have been waiting for my package for 2 days and it's still not delivered!!! It is only then when I called that little effort was made to remedy the situation stating that they will only deliver the next day!!!! This is totally unacceptable since this is a delivery for business!!!
