Unreliable courier

the CCD Courier arranged for my delivery of my yoco card machine between 8-12 then they said they are running late and will there before 2. i rescheduled all my appointments further on, then a resumed to sit at my office after closure waiting on them for delivery. They phoned me 17:30 and told me they will reschedule for teusday next week. This is a point of sale payment device and very bad that they are using unreliable courier companies for delivery.
