Unreliable company***0

This company is unreliable, don't use them. My Discovery card should habe been delivered on 2 July 2020, it did not arrive. No apology. I phoned next day and explained I need it urgently since I can't go shopping and after long explanation I had to accept the coming Monday from 8-12h delivery date. Monday morning got a message to phone ccd couriers and being told by them delivery will take place on Wednesday the 6 July. The excuse was Covid lock down which is unacceptable since they knew this a long time and level 3 was in place and deliveries are possible. Honestly I wonder if I will get it this time. Simply ccd couriers are absolutely unreliable and recommend not to use them. R. Kraus
