Unreliable and Poor Communication – Disappointed with CCD Couriers

I initially arranged for my parcel delivery with CCD Couriers on 12 February 2025 and was assured that delivery would take place within 3-5 working days. On 14 February, my parcel was marked as “out for delivery,” so I waited—but no one showed up. I received no update regarding any failed attempt to reach me, no call, no message—nothing.

After waiting for 10 more days, I had to personally follow up on 24 February to figure out what went wrong. They then promised to deliver on 26 February between 10 AM and 12 PM. It is now past 12 PM, and yet again, I have received no updates, no call, and no delivery.

This parcel is urgent as I need my card before 28 February, yet CCD Couriers has failed to meet their own promised timelines twice. If you cannot deliver on time, at the very least, provide clear updates instead of leaving customers in the dark.

I’m extremely disappointed with this level of service. Why set a delivery time you can’t commit to? If my parcel is still meant to arrive today, I would appreciate some transparency instead of being left guessing.

Would not recommend CCD Couriers if you are dealing with time-sensitive deliveries.
