Unproffessional

I had a scheduled appointment for my Absa credit card to be delivered today between 10 an 12, i cancelled all my appointments to receive my card, at 13:00 i called CCD,to find out im not getting my card today because the driver car broke down, this is a very good image for CCD Couriers, now the thing is the driver does have my card on him, now he will have my card on him the whole weekend because of car issues, what is the chances that my card get cloned over the weekend and identity theft takes place and my card get used **********ly, this is highly unproffessional and pathetic, im lodging a compalint with absa as well, i want my card delivered no later that 17:00
