Unproffesional workers no communication and poor service

My parcel was suppose to be delivered on 6 august 2024 between 12-4pm the driver was in my street after 10 min he left no parcel was delivered the agent called me and rescheduled an escalated delivery for 7august 2024 that i will have my parcel before 12 the afternoon but still no parcel another agent contacted me and said they can deliver today 7 august 2024 between 3-5 pm another agent phones me and says they can deliver tomorrow 5min later another agent calls me and says they can only deliver on the 12th august 2024 there is absolutely no communication between the agencies they don't contact you to keep you informed no sms no nothing does anyone have a whatsapp number for them it would be appreciated because ccd couriers dont think that people also has lives and that we need to plan around them if ****ing irritating
