Unprofessional,Worst Experience
Worst experience ever I have been trying to get my rain delivers to me since Friday
I was on the call since 8 this morning trying to get things sorted spoke to 5 different agents and no one can assist,I promised that the head office was going to get back to me and nothing ,this is ridiculous and discussing ,I will be cancel with rain because this is just unprofessional,your agents make empty promises which unprofessional and then we as the clients to run around and sort out their **** ,I need that sorted ASAP or I’m cancelling ,I would like a call back immediately and today still.
RAIN YOU NEED RO CHANGE YOUR COURIERS ASAP!!!!
