Unprofessional. Unreliable. No Credibility

Why is Absa still using this company as their courier is beyond me because I have been waiting for my premier card for over two weeks now.

I received a call from their courier agent. During the call, she said the was no title on my profile, so they need to fix my title to a Mr and she'll get back to me. This was over a week ago. I never heard from them again.

I found this very strange because I've always been Mr, even on my Absa profile. I was born male. My ID is that of a male. So what was she talking about?

This actually opens up a Pandora's box on how this company treat members of the LGBTQ community. I will be contacting Absa's very senior team to discuss ************** and why this company should be taken off their system.
