Unprofessional staff!!!!

I sent an email yesterday which was not even acknowledged.

This is by far the most unprofessional courier company I have EVER come across. My SIM card was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I had to go to the office so I tried to call yesterday morning to change the appointment but held on for ages listening to the voice recording until I eventually had to drop the call because I was busy with work. The driver arrived at my house and I told him I was not at home and he said he could not bring it to my office which was fine although he also lacked professionalism I overlooked it.

Today I get a call from an extremely rude and unprofessional agent who kept calling repeatedly until I eventually answered my phone. It was not a convenient time but when your phone rings none stop you are forced to answer. I told her this and her responses leave much to be desired.

Please train your staff on telephone etiquette. You do not call someone continuously as though they have your kidney. Call and if there is no answer wait a while and try again. We are also at work, we are not sitting around waiting for your calls and since she rudely hung up on me I would like to know when my SIM card will be delivered.Absolutely appalling manners and service.

That was my email and then in the afternoon I received another call from someone who decided to mute her microphone a few seconds into the call and then she eventually hung up. She did not call me back which leads me to believe that it was intentional and not a technical issue.

The only reason why I gave you two stars is because of the friendly and professional lady who called me this morning. She restored my faith in your company and the rest of your staff could really take a page out of her book. Now I just have to wait and see what happens with the actual delivery.
