Unprofessional service

Straight to the point...my wife gets a SMS a week before the time about her delivery that should have been today got the SMS stating that delivery will take place from 12am - 4pm on 29/11/22 No delivery happened no SMS stating why it never happened already a very angry wife waiting for the delivery after taking a day off from work.I call CCD to find out what is going on for them to tell me your delivery wouldn't take place today but sometime in next week
