Unprofessional company

I am absolutely disgusted by your couriers, FNB should drop this company as a provider as quick as possible.

I have a qualification in FICA, I advise clients around FICA, your courier decided that a legally valid proof of address was not good enough and proceeded to snatch cards out of my hand.

Furthermore, my envelope was closed and sealed with my childrens birth certificates as well as my ID and proof of address, your courier is not legally allowed to open the envelope. In terms of POPIA he is NOT allowed to view my documents, without my consent which I have not given, I conveyed this to your company, and was assured that my envelope would NOT be opened. This is a massive security risk.

I have never dealt with such a rude person in my life! This needs to be sorted out.
