Unprofessional

I was called by ccd couriers with a date and time frame for delivery of my rain wifi. I took the whole day off and received no communication as they never showed. I lost a whole days pay and now they have given me another date meaning I lose a whole days pay....again due to the incompetence of ccd. Absolutely terrible company.
