Unprofessional and unreliable

Unprofessional and unreliable the schedule time and they don't pitch up, don't advise of delays whatsoever until the time has lapsed... they failed to spare 5 min of their time yet they make you wait for them the whole day. The driver was late yet couldn't spare just 5min to make up for the 4 hours I lost
