Unprofessional and unreliable.

I wish companies would stop using this company to get stuff delivered. I don't think CCD couriers understands that responsibility. They were meant to deliver my parcel from TymeBank on Wednesday, between 8 and 12. I wait and they decide to call just before 12 to say the courier will be delayed, I asked if they'd still come on the same day. Got assurance that yes they'd come. Now I knock off at 4, and still 10 minutes to 4 they are silent, I call them, ask if they are still coming. I get a response that's not making sense (we will escalate), now I know when I'm being given bs. They call on a Thursday to let me know they can only deliver on the following Monday because they only service my area on Mondays and Wednesdays, now, how is it suddenly my fault or why should I have to pay the price for their incompetence?
