Unprofessional and Rude call center agents

Probably the worst courier company I have even dealt with, on Friday 27 Nov 2020 I received a message saying that I need to contact CCD couriers with regards to the delivery of my ABSA credit card, I followed the instructions and was put through to an unprofessional and very rude lady, who basically barked at me over the phone. I cannot believe that any one would choose to do business with these people. If I could suggest please send your people for intensive people management skills courses,
