Unprofessional

They are pathetic and unprofessional. Today they were supposed to deliver my bank card. I waited the whole day for them to deliver and they didn’t show up instead i get a text that they couldn’t reach me whereas nno call was made .

I decided to call their customer service after receiving the sms to found out what’s happening with my delivery. The lady that was helping me checked on the system and saw no calls were made to me. Then she said she will escalate the problem and get back to me after 20mins . She never call back. I’m very disappointed.
