Unhappy customer

The worst service ever. I've called the company more than 6 times today and was told that there is delay in delivery, the delivery hasnt reached my place. also received an sms that said my delivery has been delayed, on the other hand they smsed my receipent who is my granddaughter that the delivery guy/lady is at my premises and there was absolutely no one. Didn't even bother calling that time they can't even take special instructions that they should call me before reaching my house. I am gatvol of the endless calls i have to make to this company but they dont bother calling me back. neither does the person making delivery make attempts of getting in touch. Should this company not be serious with making deliveries, they should rather take my cards to a Nedbank locker where i can access it myself.
