Undelivered pckage

Good Day.. I ordered a RAIN package and scheduled a delivery for 16 August 2023 between 8 and 12 and they never say anything until I called at 13H00 and they say they will escalate the matter and call me back which they did not,I then call again at 15H00 and they still said the same thing and never showed up with the delivery,I called on the 17th the following Day and spoke to The lady by the name of Thembelihle and she said to me she will escalate it to the RAIN department and said the couriers said I missed the appointment yet no one called or said anything to me and when I asked what she meant by that she said because of POPI act she cannot tell me who are the couriers yet CCD are the ones while were supposed to deliver my package and she says they an only have have the next day of delivery after the 25th of August 2023 yet I took my off day a week ago to remain at home foe them to deliver... please if they cannot deliver to customers the least they could do is call and inform the client.
