Undelivered credit card
This company is supposed to deliver my new FNB credit card, and apparently received the card from FNB last Wednesday (a week ago). I have yet to receive the card and - in fact - even receive a delivery date for the card. [to be fair, part of the issue may be with FNB, because when I phone CCD they say they do not have a cell phone number for me and so cannot phone to set up a delivery time! Yet it is me who is on the phone with them...]
