Uncaring bad service with dont care attitude

<p>Have been calling CCD couriers 5 times today. 3 times i got cut off while holding. 1 will call me back. 1 they will call me when they get hold of the driver. Needless to say this was arranged last week Friday and i have followed all of the instructions. The service is unhelpful, uncaring and completely useless.</p>
