Unbelievable

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my delivery and the complete lack of communication from your team.

I phoned multiple times on Friday regarding the delay in my delivery after being informed that there was no driver on duty, despite having a confirmed delivery appointment between 08:00 and 12:00. This delay is entirely unacceptable.

During my call, the manager advised that they would investigate whether the router could be delivered to my wife and that the RICA process could be completed using my documents, as I cannot take yet another day off work due to your company’s failure to deliver as scheduled. I was assured that feedback would be provided.

To date, I have received no response, no update, and no resolution.

This lack of follow-up demonstrates poor customer service and a disregard for my time and commitments. I expect immediate feedback, confirmation of delivery arrangements, and a clear explanation as to why this situation has been handled so poorly I expect a response without further delay.
