Unacceptable Delivery Experience

I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received from CCD. I ordered a wifi router on September 11th, expecting delivery on the 16th. However, the delivery was rescheduled to yesterday, September 17th, and now today, September 18th, a courier named Vukosi Siweya claimed he couldn't find me at my gate despite me waiting from morning until 11 am.

The courier's attitude was unprofessional, and his words were unacceptable. I've been patiently waiting for this delivery for over a week, working night shifts only, and this experience has been frustrating. I paid for the service, and I expect it to be delivered as promised.

I demand that the wifi router be delivered to me today. I hope the company takes responsibility for the poor service and ensures that their couriers are trained to handle deliveries professionally.
