********& UNACCEPTABLE!

I received a call yesterday to arrange the delivery of documents today between 12:00 and 16:00.

Your driver arrived here today at 11:17! That was before the time period I opted for!

I was busy with a client on live video for a consultation and had to put them on hold to sign for the documents, which were being delivered out of the time period I opted for.

I had to put them on hold twice! Once, because I sent my other sister to sign for me WITH MY ID BOOK, and I quickly ran onto the balcony to show the driver I am indeed here. Yet, it was not acceptable, he said, so I had to put my client on hold AGAIN for me to run downstairs and sign for the documents.

I WAS WORKING! THAT IS WHY I CHOSE THAT TIME PERIOD OFFERED, SO I CAN BE AVAILABLE/NOT CONSULTING SO I GO DOWNSTAIRS AND SIGN FOR THE DOCUMENTS!

Get your drivers to stick to the time period for delivery!

I don't care if "he was already in the area," as your call center agent said - I chose, and I'm sure everyone else chooses a time period that is suitable for them because they cannot accept the delivery outside of that period, and it is your job to have your drivers adhere to it.

What is the point of having options for when the documents "will be delivered" then?

If I told him to come back later, he probably would have NOT, so, and then YOU want to throw PENALTY FEES for each day that the documents are not delivered? RIDICULOUS!

What about penalising you!

Am I going to be compensated by YOU for losing part of my consultation fee from my client, as my consultation fees are calculated by the time-based???

You're so ready to throw penalty fees at people when your drivers can't even do their job!.
