Unacceptable

I am not happy with the service of this company. Got an SMS saying my package will be delivered between 11am and 1pm and nothing happened. Got an SMS there is a delay in delivery and I called the company waiting more that 30 min to get hold of them and in the late afternoon they came with a story the driver car broke down. But they told me that in the late afternoon. I needed the device for today and now I will only get it by Monday. I don't think this is fair.
