Unacceptable

<p>I never had problems with ccd up until to day my Fnb Card was going to be delivered to day the 17/07/2017 between 12 and 4 I get a SMS saying the driver is on routei even took off work to wait at 2 in the afternoon I called ur call center I'm port Elizabeth I am told I'll get a call back a guy calls me at 4 in the afternoon not even a sorry nothing all he say is that he's driver did miss my appointment and he would be able to get my card to me today he don't give a reason noting what company is this my delivery was rescheduled but still this is unacceptable I have to take off work again now because your company is unprofessional and *********** the worse part is I had to call in no one bothered to call me this is unacceptable and very bad Ref FRB ********** this is a bad company </p>
