Trash!

CCD is absolutely trash, we made an order with Rain on Monday(14 July 2025) and CCD sent us an email stating that we will receive our parcel on Wednesday (16 July 2025) between 2-4, on that day we called around 4 trying to find out how far is the driver with our delivery only to find out that the driver had a break down and mind you, no one called us to inform us about this, we tried to call them again the following day(17 July) they came up with excuses and still promised us that they will deliver between 3-5 they didn't. These people are so *********** the customer service is trash.
