A generic response a seven year old can write

How can you " investigate the incident ", when none was given

The issue is not about creating an appointment.
It is about lack of understanding what constitutes "Proof of Residence", and when it is required

An appointment was created on the 13 February for the 18 February, and agreement was made as to what documentation will be used as Proof of Residence.
The driver arrived, but refused to accept the agreed documentation.

After back and forth arguing it was agreed that CCD would use a their verification form as proof of residence.

The Proof of Residence was acceptable to TymeBank for FICA legislation, but not for CCD as RICA

What makes this situation laughable is that Proof of Residence is not required as you are not delivering a SIM card, but only swapping a faulty router, that you yourselves delivered to the exact same address. two years previously.

NB: After all three calls I received confirming the new appointment, the driver just called to say he did have the 'verification form, an would have to re-schedule a new appointment.

The above proves that that all the statements, about 'quality of service etc., CCD makes on their website is just marketing jargon, and has no validity of truth
