Totally ***********, rude company CCD Couriers.

I hope people and companies read these reviews as if I was a company in need of a courier I would stay clear and keep a wide berth of this company! I purchased an item which unfortunately had this company couriering. PLEASE READ THIS They sms you requesting and delivery time and date (all good) From there it is all downhill. My time and date was sent and I was due to get my parcel before 16h00 Friday. First they called and said the courier will not make it which I opposed quite dramatically on the call. The agent put the phone off and disconnected, rude at least! Then I received a call saying the courier was at my gate. I specifically told them that he should wait 5 minutes as I am on crutches and will be slow. I arrived at the gate in less than the 5 minutes and low and behold, he was gone. No respect. On the following Monday I called to find out if the parcel would be delivered today and was told, NO, only the following Friday. This was totally unacceptable as they had already *****ed the previous delivery and my call was disconnected! I called again and spoke to "Jack" who was was a little more pleasant. As I am crippled he said it would be fine for my wife to collect on Monday. When she arrived, with the RICA documents, she was told in abrubt manner that she was not allowed to fetch it for me?? Time wasted again. This is a totally *********** courier company and extremely rude. Please do not use this company. Dying to see if they actually reply or have anything to say.
