TOTALLY INEFFICIENT AND UNCONTACTABLE WITH PAYING A FEE

This outfit is a disgrace. My FNB card was to be delivered to a branch near me but yesterday they called at 7am. I answered half asleep but they had already hung up. They called again shortly after 9am and spoke to the caller who wanted to arrange a delivery time. I said the card was to be delivered to the branch but as I was home that day they could deliver it to my home. I was told they would do this in 7 to 10 days time. In the afternoon I received an email saying they had tried to contact me (*****) and that I should call them on a premium number. I instead emailed them but the email does not get delivered unless you pay a fee. I urge everyone that if they expect a card delivery from FNB you insist they do not use CCD couriers
