TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR PEOPLES TIME AND MONEY

This is THE WORST Experience I have ever faced! I changed my parcel to my work place as i would need it for the weekend and i was told that the chnage was confirmed and that i would receive it at my workplace. Their driver calls me and tells me a different location however i am not at that location and they tell em that i must reschedule my delivery for Next week monday when i urgently need it for the weekend. I feel utterly disgusted by their services. Prior to this i also tried to track my item on their website and it does not work. They refuse to answer my queries.

THE TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS IS WHAT MADE ME ANGRY. I HOPE THEY FIX THEIR WAYS ASAP...
